Meet our career coach
Iris Huisman is a career coach specialized in coaching scientists, mostly PhDs and postdocs, but associate professors and professors are also part of her clientele. She started her own practice, Just You Coaching in 2012 because of her distinct feeling that coaching for scientist was needed.
In the last 8 years she has coached many scientists with different questions and cases, in different stages of their careers and with different views on the future regarding staying in academia of search for a position outside. Next to her own practice she is currently working as a work coach at Utrecht University and as a digital career coach for AcademicTransfer.
