Prof. dr. Svetlana Khapova is a full-professor of Organizational Behavior at the School of Business and Economics (SBE) of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

She is Head of Management & Organization Department, and Head of the Research Group HRM & Organizational Behavior. Between 2009-2017, she served as a founding Director of Amsterdam Business Research Institute (ABRI). ABRI caters for doctoral education in management and organization studies at VU.

Dr. Chenglu Jin, is a tenure-track researcher in the Computer Security Group at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica, the national research institute for mathematics and computer science in the Netherlands.

Before joining CWI Amsterdam, he worked as a research assistant professor at New York University.

Dr. Yongjun Zhao is Associate Professor in Integrated Rural & Urban Development, International Cooperation Adviser and China PhD Programme Recruitment Coordinator at the Faculty of Spatial Sciences, University of Groningen.

He specializes in social, cultural and institutional dimensions of integrated rural and urban development in China and China’s growing role in international development.
