Professor of Internationalization of education in the Medical Sciences, University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG)
Prof. Nicolaas Bos is a professor of Internationalization of education in the Medical Sciences. He is one of the three representatives of the University Medical Center Groningen, who is doing recruitment interviews on behalf of a large group of researchers at the UMCG interested in getting in contact of possible PhD candidates to write together a application for a CSC-fellowship.
His personal background research field is immunology and his line of research is dedicated to better understand humoral immune responses in immunocompromised patients such as patients with autoimmune diseases and transplant patients.
Next to that he is also the founder of the first English taught undergraduate medical program at the UMCG and he is doing research into the international learning environment.
