AcademicFLOW

Development and Career Mobility of Researchers

Our ambition: a transparent labour market

In a transparent labour market, the available workforce potential is better utilized. Removing barriers is a key condition, allowing scientific talent to move freely between sectors while maintaining security. At the same time, we aim to bridge the growing knowledge gap between sectors and resolve mutual biases and prejudices. AcademicFLOW, together with all involved parties, takes ownership to realize this transparency.

Our vision: connecting science and practice

As an employer, you want to connect with scientific staff. However, supply and demand don’t always align. While one organization may not be able to offer career mobility opportunities at the right time, another employer may be eager to hire researchers. AcademicFLOW facilitates scientists in their growth towards the next suitable step in their career, whether that’s within or outside academia. The supply and demand for scientists is better connected, ensuring that scientific workforce potential is utilized in business, education, and government.

The answer: AcademicFLOW

AcademicFLOW organizes and manages a network of different parties and facilitates connections. Our goal is to ensure that the development and career mobility of researchers, both within and outside the academic world, proceeds smoothly. We make life easier for both employers and researchers, while taking into account the interests of all parties. With this approach, AcademicFLOW recognizes and values the interests of both the scientist and science itself.
